Technology to beneficiate the mankind?

It is very concern over the technology that how prolong it provide benefit to the mankind. We as a mankind use it as positive or negative. Now in these days load shedding of electricity in Pakistan is very big big problem for the people of Pakistan created by the Government of Pakistan. In one side the people are facing very badly with the load shedding but on the other hand the Government is not interest keenly to tackle with this curb.
